Asda shopping slots now until Xmas

Just a heads up for anyone who gets deliveries from Asda they have opened up slots from now until Christmas- I’ve managed to book a weekly slot right up until 21st December- may be useful for those shielding or self isolating to get their slots in early as they will go quickly. You can change your basket right up until 10pm the night before delivery- you don’t need an Asda pass account it’s open for everyone
 
We are Asda regulars and as soon as it opened up we tried to book but the nearest to Christmas we could get was the 21st, and that was in minutes of the notification .

It has been reassuring to get the weekly slots though (even though we often have to go out to get the bits they fail to deliver)

I agree for me it was more about getting my weekly shop every Monday as I have done for years, I don’t consider myself vulnerable or shielding but I have an adult son with autism who just doesn’t cope at the best of times and I don’t drive and hubby works away so depend so much on my delivery every week. I don’t buy a lot extra for Christmas and what I do is usually from M&S or stocked up in the previous weeks
