Dislikes
Not being able to eat a healthy variety of foods. I’m restricted and have to be careful with my diet as I have an Ileostomy.
I have type 1 diabetes plus ataxia SCA6, I would be interested to hear from others who’ve the two conditions.

There wouldnt be very many here with SCA 6.

Ive been looking for ways to slow the sca6 for 6 years now....

Atm still driving so hopefully good.

And like you i have T1 as well. **** things are play mates.....
 
Hi, thanks for reply. I gave up driving at 70, still walking with rollator, manage to exercise on my treadmill (holding on) !! for 20 minutes daily. My speech is affected, so I find type 1 the least of my worries.
