    Novarapid and levimer.
    Exercise:
    Use kitchen worktops to exercise as have bad balance due to Ataxia.
    Likes:
    My ambition is to keep using my legs as long as possible, as l will eventually need a wheelchair.
    Dislikes:
    Not being able to eat a healthy variety of foods. I’m restricted and have to be careful with my diet as I have an Ileostomy.
    All the above keeps me on my toes, makes me realise what the human body can tolerate.
