Hello. I have gone right off the rails and just can't get my head round going on low carb diet. I was wondering about the Atkins diet. Is there a UK version of it? Also looking into the fasting diet, has anyone tried that one.
I don't know why I'm eating all the wrong things how can I get back on track. I thought if I get a book it would help.
I'd avoid anything with the word "diet" in it as this usually infers deprivation and short term. You need to be looking long term, lifestyle change. There's no easy route unfortunately. As Jack said, Atkins is very low carb anyway. Try to at least reduce carbs to a level you can manage long term.
for me low carb topping up nw at 6half sfone loss just seems perfect for me , i avoid carbs like the rain lol keep going in whatever you decide upon xx
