Hi there,
Anyone on the forum can give me some advice on the Atkins milk shakes, I am on holiday in USA, moving around quite a bit, I've come across the shakes and wondered if it ok to drink them, sometimes I'm in the car for a few hours, and it can be a while before I get to eat, I don't want to make a fuss to my travel companions, so I thought I could drink one of them to keep me going until we stop off somewhere to eat, I'm a type one diabetic, thanks in advance

They are fine, low carb. Didn't you know Atkins was a low carb veteran? I prefer the vanilla, it tastes quite palatable.

Thanks for your answer, I picked up the chocolate one, I also have tried the bars in the past, they are much cheaper out here :)

I know it's called boost, I don't know where it's sold as I live in Australia, They are meal replacements for the aged and infirmed, so I would look at a drug store/chemist
