Hi All

Does anyone drink the little cartons of ready made Atkins milk?

Need a quick fix for 1st thing in morning.

I don't; I drink a small carton of double cream instead. If it's too thick, I add water to thin it. I like most things about the Atkins diet, but I don't like the heavily-marketed and expensive Atkins (TM) products: I prefer my food to be as little processed as possible.

It is in special at £1.50 in sainsburys at the moment
I can't imagine drinking a carton of cream :-(

Well, why not try it while the special offer lasts and see whether it's worth it? I do appreciate that not everyone shares my obsession with double cream ;)
