Hi, I'm getting a bit obsessed with researching this online which sadly means I'm spending a lot of time on my phone and not watching/playing with my children!

I'm looking for any recommendations for Audiobooks on diabetes or the low carb diet that I can listen to when doing the housework and driving please.

Just an idea but have you thought about podcasts? I listen to audio versions of free podcasts daily -an easy way to learn more while busy with other stuff. It's occasionally annoying if includes visual stuff but many dont. I use my Spotify account and follow the following many of whom do weekly podcasts some btw have adverts to keep them free but I can turn volume down during!
Everyday Wellness
Low carb M D podcast
Mastering Blood Sugar
stay off my operating table
Zoe science and nutrition
Feel better live longer with Dr Rangan Chattterjee
The Doctors kitchen Podcast
The fat emperor podcast
the Peter Attia Drive
Fabulously keto
Diet doctor podcast
Life after Sugar
There are also lots of low carb conferences with lectures but these are usually on you tube and you need to watch
Hope you find a few and enjoy plus they are free!

Yes I listen to Podcasts as well! Thank you so much for so many different recommendations. I'll definitely add them to my podcast queue

I've just finished listening to:
'Ultra-processed People' by Dr Van Tulleken, and
'Metabolical' by Robert Lustig

and whilst neither of them are specifically about low carb or diabetes (and they can get a bit 'tough going') I'd still recemmend that everyone listens to/reads them.

Also,I've found that a pair of bluetooth 'behind the neck' headphones are really useful when doing housework because they don't fall off when you bend over e.g. when loading the dishwasher or cleaning the toilet.
I've got this pair here:-

I'd add "Real Health and weight loss" podcast. 2 Australian lady doctors. Focus is on low carb to lose weight but equally relevant to t2s and so practical and down to earth. Often only 20 minutes or so

And "UK low carb" not currently adding new episodes but the past ones are well worth listening to
