My blood sugar levels are 5.3 an 5.5 most mornings now after bein type for for 5 months an loosing 2 stone in weight is this good ?

Pretty much the same I've just cut out all sugar bread cakes sweets beer an had nothing bad to eat I'm on 2 x 500 metformin a day blood sugars were 7.2 when dianosed an weight was 15 stone 4 I'm now 12 stone 12
