Personally, I hate cauliflower. I mean,
really hate hate the stuff. I've given up looking for carb alternatives, and I really do't miss or crave carbs any more. Fortunately, I like salad. I eat it every day. Here is my current take on food:
When the kid complains of hunger I tell her to have an apple from the fruit bowl. When she declines, I tell her that she really can't be that hungry, then. Same rules now apply to me - if I don't 'fancy' salad, I really can't be hungry, so I just wait until I am ready for it. And yes, I really do enjoy it every single day.
