daughter and i went for diabetic hospital appt today. never pleasant as hba1c always high!!!! 12,1% today. anyway it was decided to go back on x2 novomix 30. 40u am 20u at dinner. so the plan is to try and educate to eat at reasonable times eg x3 day and a snack am and pm. but i have no idea how many carbs she should eat bteakfast lunch and dinner. help please xxxx
 
It should have told you how many carbs to have at each meal, contact the hospital clinic and ask them to explain this to you.
