Bacon Sandwich.

I would test before and two hours after a meal when having a regular sandwich to see how my blood glucose reacted to that particular meal before deciding it wouldn't hurt because the rest of my diet is ok.

I'm all in on the bacon and eggs.
I thought that bread would be the most difficult thing to stop, but I really haven't wanted a slice of any bread all year.

You don’t say whether you wear a CGM ( might be worth getting a free one from Libre for 2 weeks) but I do and experiment with different breads from various true, and so called, sourdough breads, and low GI rolls ( Lidl at 35p each) as for me it’s not so much the carb content itself but how my body copes with it ie spikes or not. If I am eating bread I like it ‘solid’ and did not like the texture, or price, of some low carb.egs!
