Bad carb day :-(

So yesterday was a great day my sugars never went higher than 7.8 all day

Today I have had a bad carb day with my bed time reading being 11.8 :-(

The good thing is I know why but it still bums me out that I have no will power grrrr

Still, tomorrow is another day and all that jazz

Keep going hunni, we are allowed one blip, I over did my carb limit yesterday as well. Your not on your own out there
