Im not sure about everyone else but sometimes i have theres days that i call my bad diabetes day where im really tired all the time and need probably two naps in the day. Or ill either be uninterested and fed up with diabetes and injected (burnout) does anybody else get these now and again?
Acceptance of health treatment claims that are not adequately supported by evidence. I dislike it when people sell ineffective and even harmful alternative health products to exploit the desperation of people with chronic illness.

i get really fatigued if i go low during the day or if i have high bgs, so yeah i know what you mean about needing to nap! it's not great at school/ work when this happens! i'm t1 too x
Yeah I can sympathise with you here, my bad diabetes days consists of fighting a constant battle and not winning and coming home ready to go to bed, write it off, be gentle on yourself and aim to wake up refreshed and ready to win tomorrow
I have had those and then I have had the days where I am a "bad" diabetic and treat myself to a treat. I do dose for them but find if my blood sugar is bouncing up and down a lot then I feel like ass the next day. Usually I just try to stay between the lines of 5-10 with no more of a change in bs of 2.5. Haha high is easier said than done.
