Bad feet

Lately i hav pain in the bottoms of my fret wen on the.like walkin with a shoe full of glass marbles.anyone no any cures or pain relief plz

Hello bowie,sorry to hear your feet are painfull,sounds just like my feet when first diagnosed 3 yrs ago, my doc said" take these metformin,lose some weight and all will be ok" well needless to say it wasn't
Until i found this forum( about2 weeks later) i just got worse, anyway learning what i really needed to do on this forum,i have lost 4 st 9 lbs and my bs's have dropped from 26.8mmols to todays average of 4.5 mmols,....after about 2 months on the low carb' high fat diet,my neuropathy in both feet disappeared completely
So can you tell us some more about your diet,and are you on meds?
