Just the 8 pints then Gappy. 8)

Well if I can't celebrate the annversary of surviving a serious accident what's left to celebrate? Back to the gym again after this week though!

I'm not judging Gappy, I had at least 12 pints at my wedding.

As far as I can see (from my BG tests) moderate binge drinking doesn't have any negative influence on my diabetes. It may even be positive.

If it wasn't for the whole "you can't burn fat while you're burning alcohol" thing, I'd probably drink a lot more.

Ifind that my fasting BGs are lower on the mornings after a couple of(large) glasses of red wine the night before I do not need to lose weight in fact I need to put some on .At the moment I give myself 2 or 3 nights off the booze to let my liver rest Question is :?: I can tell what my BGs are doing but what about the rest of me how would that react to booze every night?
