Bad Hypo

I doubt we can provide answers for you. We can’t diagnose.
As someone with T2 not on insulin, I can’t even identify with the problem you have. Apart from , tentatively, mentioning I have hearing loss, that came on suddenly . There are many potential causes of that. Please ask for GP or clinic HCP, to investigate it.
