bad wrist

Hi again guys i was just wondering if anyone has or has ever had bad pain in one or both wrists? I have really bad pain in my right wrist and i have been back and forward to my gp and he says its weak or damaged tendons.. Hes gave me ibuprofen gel and its working miracles so far along with my wrist support but its beginning to interfere with my college work sometimes i cant write and i have to sit out of practical sessions (I'm a sport student) like i said i was wondering if anyone else has had this and if theyre are any suggestions

Hi, I've just seen your post. A few months back I went to my doctor
as my wrists and the side of my hands kept on causing me alot
of pain when I would write things and also when they would get cold
my doctor then sent me to physiotherapy
they gave me two wrist supports and that seem to help a little
however I'm studying cookery at college and they still cause me pain.
however I've never had any tests to see what is causing me pain.
