I would like to make my own cakes, biscuits and snacks. I have found a few recipes but would like to know what ingredients I am most likely to use and which are no use at all.
I was thinking of:
coconut flour
almonds (to make my own ground almonds/flour)
milled flax seed, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds and goji berries
almond butter
Is there anything else that would be useful?
