Bananas

Quick google search says 23g of carbs in a banana ... big, medium or small? Who knows :)

I'd try a small one then test yourself as @kentish maid says, you will then find how it affects you - remember everyone is different, you might be able to eat a big banana and get away with it ;)

We each tailor our LC diet to our personal tolerances. so try a banana and test the result. Worth remembering that green bananas are less sweet than ripe ones, so you may do better with the green ones...

Definitely test - I thought I would be fine on a little one and when I tested, my little machine went berserk. I guess all those 'nanas can stay on the shelf.

It depends on how low your low carbs are - I defintley wouldn't eat them now as they're full of sugar, though pre diabetes they used to be my go-to source of potassium for leg cramps. Berries are normally the only fruit recommended for LCHF eating - however you have to decide for yourself, but test at both one and two hours after eating one to see if one causes an unwanted spike.
