Bananas


It sounds like I have less than you, maybe 3-4 a week. A balanced diet for me includes fruit although it has sugar, I'm not too concerned about
the glucose in fruit, as a type 1 as long as my diet is good, and I balance my glucose intake with insulin it's not an issue.
 
I have never had any problems eating bananas and I eat 1 a day
