Bank hol treat

Been having treats all bank hol weekend lol, couple of bbqs whilst camping and a few lagers. Alot more active so sugars stayed on target :)

Going to be a freezing cold week with lots of rain...think I may have to slob out....that's chill out with my blanket .

I was in Edinburgh for the weekend. A Krispie Kreme opened up there a few months ago (this is VERY exciting for Scotland) so we had a box of 12 doughnuts over the 2 days..... Walked around the shops lots which burned it off ;) really surprised myself keeping on target
 
Might be a silly question but whats a krispie kreme? Are they just in scotland, not heard that name b4

I've just baked 5 low carb cookies, I've demolished them all and they've been delish. We also had a BBQ, lots of meat for me but I did treat myself to a bread bap as I had a bit of a low BS reading during. Yum! :)

It's an American doughnut chain. They have them in London and so the one up here caused much excitement! They're mega tastey

Thanks punto, not seen out before but I know where that shopping centre is. will have to check out next time in cardiff, about 2 1/2 hours drive away so not there that often.

It's worth it Brett! We cut them all up so we could try the different types. Also meant you didn't just eat a whole doughnut in one sitting!
