A really good porridge is 3 tbsp freshly ground golden flax seed, 8 oz zero carb nut milk like cashew, heat up in pot for min or two. Let sit and gel a little. Add a few stevia drops and cinnamon.. yum Maybe some warmed (microwave) berries as well.
