Bought some heba pap off Amazon to investigate - not too keen on the "porridge" ..

A really good porridge is 3 tbsp freshly ground golden flax seed, 8 oz zero carb nut milk like cashew, heat up in pot for min or two. Let sit and gel a little. Add a few stevia drops and cinnamon.. yum :) Maybe some warmed (microwave) berries as well.

Mmm, I really miss porridge. Will.give this a go. Do you find it a very different consistency?
