Hi, just a quick question please....can I throw some barley into my beef stew? Anyone had any problem with barley? I will test after eating but wondered if people generally avoid it? Thanks for your help.

Hi, I haven't tried it, but it should be OK. Here's what it says on the Nutri-Desk website:
Barley

Thank you very much....I'll give it a try.
 
Try it but test - It made my bs go through the roof - higher than rice pasta or potato - lots are ok with it though that's why our meters are invaluable :)
