BBQ time

Nice.

It’s that time.
Built a brick BBQ 30 years back, at our old place.
then had a tripod movable? (Like “war of the worlds with two wheels.)
Time for another set up..

At the moment we do have a heavy cast iron hob grill for burgers & steak?

Your burgers would be great topped with halloumi on a light bed of salad?

The set up I currently use is something I found in a skip after the cops raided an empty building which turned out to be a cannabis grow place. I had no idea . I did ask if I could take it and it’s been in use since.

I like to cook outside when I can. Less mess in the kitchen and more fun if I have time and energy.

Looks like a decent bit of kit..

I’ve seen half cut oil drums used with welded box steel legs?
Something primal about open coals.

A friend once welded a bike chain driven spit for a hog roast driven by an old electric motor.
