BD safe clip

can anyone tell me if they have had any problems with the BD safe clip and are ther any alternatives?

I have one that I use when travelling - saves taking a bulky sharps box.

I've had no problems with it.

I've not used one and I just place the used needle in the Sharps Bin, what problems are you experiencing, it might be worth contacting the manufacturer if you having trouble using it.
