It's working for me on 3 different computers; plus at work and back when at Uni - all in the UK :?
Try right clicking it and opening it in a different window/tab
 
Just tried it on my laptop and works OK but get "not available in UK " on my tablet. All on same network, account and settings. Default browser on tab is chrome. Works OK on Firefox on tab but chrome gives country specific error message. I'm a techie but Nexus tablet just baffles me sometimes. Will go watch, thanks.

I had some bother until I selected IE. From than on all was fine :thumbup:
 
OK on Firefox :thumbup:
& Chrome :thumbup:
