Hi Everyone,
Late in February I wrote about driving down fasting blood sugars by fasting 3:4 and by consuming fewer carbs. On March 1st, and again yesterday, I measured how quickly blood sugar rose and fell over a three hour period following the ingestion of 60 mL of maple syrup. (I'm Canadian, eh?) I'm pleased to report that my system now processes blood sugars more rapidly than it did in March. The data are charted at

I invite you to have a look. No sales, no advertising, no philosophy, just data, musings, and a gleeful chirp or two.
Wishing everyone the very best, and thanking you too for the support and weatlh of information on this site,
George F.
