Type 2

I've just tested and I'm 4.1 4hrs after food. Is this too low to go to bed on? Should I be eating something? I struggle to get FBG down so I don't want to go to bed over 6.5 ideally. I feel fine.

if my BG is under 5 before bed i like to have just a little something. not much, if its around ur reading then like 8g carbs, that amount seems to work for me.

No, it isn't too low if you are no longer on Gliclazide. It is a good number. Did you re-test in case it was a rogue strip?
You won't hypo. Your liver will take care of you.

But you are T1 on insulin, so can hypo. Therefore what you do is sensible.

I retested twice, I think I'm more like 5.0 which is very much acceptable
