Bedtime Reading...

Hey there,

Having been getting slowly frustrated with my type 1 issues like the peaks and troughs in my blood sugars for the past year, I've been doing some research on this forum - which has proved really helpful! So am now going to give the low carb diet a go and see how that fairs with trying to get things to healthy levels.... so my question is: can anyone recommend a good book for living on a low carb diet, would like it to include some recipes and so on to support in the early days of low carbing...

Thanks very much and I really love the Diabetes.co.uk forum, its so very helpful and reassuring knowing others are out there with similar feelings and issues :)

Not really bed time reading but the best book for low carbing is the Collins Gem carb counter book,It costs about £3-4 and can be carried in your pocket.I'm sure others will recommend other books as well.
