Bedtime snack

Pork crunch, but anytime is gd.
Cheese & olives
Rye crispbread with pate or cheese & tom or cucumber.
The list is endless.
 
I tend to have a babybel (or 2)
A teasp or 2 of peanut butter
Or some cold meat.

I'm low carb, and find protein and fat a much better experience than carbs
