this wasnt breakfast it was gone 1pm this afternoon i didnt eat breakfast10.7 before breakfast seems quite high. Not really something to panic over but it might be worth looking into

i did intend to stop after an hour to eat but time just flew byas for the high BG after not eating for hours - I suspect it's a liver dump, next Christmas remember to have something to eat before starting the marathon wrap..............
