Ok, so had a nice 3 course dinner of:
Startes: Mackerel on citrus salad (which had small pieces of fruit) I had a few pieces of apple and orange and lettuce.
Main: pan roasted fillets of turbot, red snapper and monkfish with asparagus and new potatos in a butter and herb sauce. (I had 2 new potatoes). (nicked 2 small handmade chips from another plate)
Dessert: cheese board, few walnuts and 3 grapes (had 2 water biscuits)
A couple of diet cokes and 1.5 small glasses of red wine.
1 hour after BG 7.4, gonna take 2 hours shortly.
