since i got a cold earlier in the week my bloods have been raised slightly and have been dropping to below 2 and i havent been feeling them go low. sincei got my cold is that normal? ?

my insulin resistance seems to be getting higher as my post meal bloods are taking forever to come down

Yes that is normal for me too when I'm ill and it's a huge pain in the butt! Drink plenty of water and keep an eye on your BS, and basically just ride it out. Are you t1 or t2? (sorry if it's on your signature, I'm on the mobile site so can't see it) i can't offer specific advice for t2 but t1 my DSN advised to increase my ratio slightly during illness.
