Being Proactive with vomiting

Has anyone Uk based been able to get their GP prescribe Zofran (or anything similar) to be proactive with vomit episodes?
Any ideas would be welcomed, even as alternatives.
 
In the past I’ve used Pepto-Bismol to help with a bout of nausea

Are you having regular vomiting episodes? If so, have you had any investigations to the cause?
