Hello everyone.
I haven't posted on here for a while.
My latest hb1ac was near normal after the prior one went through the roof.
Currently I take Metformin SR. Gliclazide, multivitamin, tumeric, milk thistle and Good Sugar Control by the good guru.
I'd like to ditch the Metformin and Gliclazide.
There is Berberine in the good sugar control I take.
Has anybody any experience in taking Berberine as s Metformin alternative?
My Doctor had said I don't need the Gliclazide anymore.
Principally the Metformin bloats me up.
Any ideas or thoughts gratefully received.
