As long as the yoghurt doesn't have a high sugar content then that would be an excellent and very nutritious choice.Would plain yoghurt and berries and nuts be a good breakfast?
The egg has negligible carbs so the bread is the problem. I single slice of a normal wholemeal bread is about 16g, and if that is all the carbs your breakfast will contain then most people would be ok on that. If even that amount spikes your BS then you could try a slice of Nimble or Weightwatchers bread instead. Both are around 9g per slice.I also like my boiled egg and brown toast comments on that please.

it's that fat phobia again. It's so enrenched it will take a battalion of JCBs to dig it out. It's hard to get people to understand that food made in a chemistry lab isn't good for them. look at how many think Margarine is "healthier" than butter

I was wondering what I'm going to do in the winter as I find the frozen berries really sharp, and in the mornings the sweetener does make me spike a bit. Have to go easy on it.
