Best carb counting book??

Look in this section at the 'general links for diabetes'and you will find some links about carbs.One of them the Leistershire one is a booklet with carb counts on it.Might be what you are looking for.Google carb counting and you will find several sites.Might save you a pound or two on books.

This is the book that they hand out on DAFNE courses. I gather it's small enough to keep in your pocket. I have just ordered one from Amazon.
