Looking for a good guide to the carbs content of different foods and would appreciate your recommendations. There are so many out there, I would like to know which are considered to be the best of them as a main reference in the kitchen.
I personally find the my fitness pal app a fantastic database for labelled products and weights of fruits, veg, pasta etc.
Carbs and cals is also great for the visual images they have a book and an app.
