Isn't it amazing how much of a lift you get!
I too had a really good day yesterday (I'm at the start of my learning curve)
Fasting reading 7.6 (better than normal for me), Muesli breakfast and gym so no two hour reading in morning.Wholemeal roll, 2 sl roast beef, weight watchers yogurt for lunch. 2hour reading 5.9. 3 low fat sausages, baked potato and beans for tea with some fruit after. 2 hour reading 6.0 (best ever after dinner).
This morning fasting 6.3 (very good for me) but then......
breakfast of unsweetened muesli with rasperies, visit to dentist (stress?), 2 hour reading 8.9 (mot so great)....
It is a case of monitoring and learning. It will take me some time.
Celkebrate the victories and learn from the set backs, that's my approach.
strange about that reading in the 8s dougie. Can stress really do that?

I had a full week of really detailed testing and diary and now I'm more or less having a week off but I still like to take any new food and do a test before eating, then two hors after to see how it effects me.
