im currently reading think like a pancreas has alot of info in there very good stuff is there any other books anyone can recommend?.

I agree that the above mentioned books are good. I like Richard Bernstein's Diabetes Solution very much - ( though I hate having to convert American measurements all the time.) Actually though I'm surprised that there aren't many good books for Type 1s on the radar. Or am I wrong? More help and advice for Type 1s is gradually becoming available as articles and videos on dietdoctor.com. I read and watch those.

Neil Bunyan Ketogenic Diet for Type 1 Diabetics (co author whose name I cannot recall is a nutritionist). He is a type 1. He is a Bernstein follower but personally I find this more readable.

Just reading Sugar Surfing. It is very interesting. Feel the advice goes with the natural inclination when wearing a Libre. It’s all about keeping that line straight.

thanks guys i will look in the books you guys mentioned much appreciated thank you to everyone that replyed to the thread.
