Best personal current bank account?

Hello

I am totally dissatisfied with my current bank which is an immature product with very slow progress of critical improvements needed.

Can you recommend any personal bank account that fits the below?

- good descriptions of transactions (who, where, when, etc)
- good options to extract transactions in csv etc
- highest cashback possible
- zero or no charges on EUR, USD payments (very few per month)
- easy to reach out for support (email or app chat)
- of course needs to be reliable
