I got the KAL R-Lipoic Acid 100mg vegetarian capsules. I've only just started taking it (less than a week) but I've read it's good for nerve pain which I have had for the last few months. Diazepam 2mg at night helped me nod off but did nothing for the spasms pain during the day. It did make me feel a bit spaced out (the D not the lipoic acid I mean).</p></blockquote><p></p>
