is diabetes type 2 a progresssive disease?
My hba1c is deteriorating (5.8%,5.7%) inspite of doing low carbs, time restricted eating, intermittent fssting(12:12)
Am 47kg. Can't do prolonged fasts....
Even though my Fasting c peptide level is good (2ng/ml)
Are my beta cells getting burn out fast?

Those are non diabetic normal hba1c levels. And only slightly different within tolerance levels of a test.

Deteriorating from what previous level of what time?

Type 2 is/was considered progressive but that’s based on medical drug treatment only and pretty high target levels (58mmol/7.5%).

Now it’s finally accepted that diet can address the root causes not just patch the symptoms this is no longer accepted as widely as it was. It’s still early days for wide spread studies and life time treatment in this way to have established data in any significant numbers but it’s looking good.

Last month (10th dec) my hba1c was 5.4%.
28th jan 5.8%.
Been in remission for 1 year with values ranging from 5.1%to 5.4%.
Now my post meal readings have increased from 113mg/dl to 124mg/dl. All this while doing low carbs.
I have restricted my carbs to 60g - 80g. Earlier it was around 100g per day.
Will check my hba1c on 28th feb again.

As your pancreas is making plenty of insulin I would think its unlikely that there is anything wrong with your beta cells.
If your HbA1c is deteriorating, it is more likely that your insulin resistance is getting worse. Although a rise of just 0.4 of a percentage is probably well within the margin of error for a HbA1c test.
Even if the rise can't be explained by the accuracy of the test your HbA1c is the same as mine but you are managing to eat more than twice the amount of carbs I do. I think it's probably a little too soon to be worrying about beta cell burn out.

An HbA1c test is an average taken over 3 months. You might find an even more minimal difference over that span of time. Even in non diabetic bodies there can be fluctuations greater than yours. I can say that by looking at my own graphs since 2013.
