Last week I decided to give Betavivo a go as it claims to help reduce cholesterol and lower rise in blood sugars after your meal. I ordered 6 boxes on the Holland and Barrett's buy 1 get 1 for a penny. The following day I started LCHF - I now have 90 portions of Betavivo in my cupboard that I'm not sure I can eat due to carb content! There is 10.8g carbs in a 23g serving. What do you guys think? I'm very new to this low carbing. Thanks for any advice.
