Don't know, is it oat based as oats do this but for me personally they send my glucose way too high so I am guessing this might as well.

Sounds and smells like a tarted up porridge product at inflated price. I don't buy into their explanation, its not very medical is it? I am wary of it. I once tried an oat bar that was supposed to be very good for diabetics, but now I use the same product to dig myself out of hypo. Maybe thats what they meant Lol.
