Just seen an advert for this on TV and wondered if anyone knows if its any good or another scam?
Its supposed to lower BS and Cholesterol.
Sold in Lyoyds and H&B etc

Don't know, is it oat based as oats do this but for me personally they send my glucose way too high so I am guessing this might as well.

Sounds and smells like a tarted up porridge product at inflated price. I don't buy into their explanation, its not very medical is it? I am wary of it. I once tried an oat bar that was supposed to be very good for diabetics, but now I use the same product to dig myself out of hypo. Maybe thats what they meant Lol.
