I am type 2 with insulin and I take 14 in the morning and 10 at around 7 pm with the pen. Around 9pm My sugar level drops to 3 and I have to get the gel into me quickly, this can happen 3 to 4 times a week. I have a balanced meal and eat healthly does anyone else have these symptoms.

No information on what insulin you take, but regardless you need to speak with your diabetes team asap to reduce your insulin doses to prevent the hypo's occurring.
