BG going up without any food!!!!

Thanks for pointers. I had Indian bread and some yogurt on 28th and 2nd May was lunch of brown rice and chic peas curry. It seems that brown rice OR chic peas should not be used. I am trying with different foods but its very difficult to pin point.

Also, as for low carb, most of my meals involve some carb. I guess its a constant journey of adapting/tweaking and changing as needed.
