Thanks for pointers. I had Indian bread and some yogurt on 28th and 2nd May was lunch of brown rice and chic peas curry. It seems that brown rice OR chic peas should not be used. I am trying with different foods but its very difficult to pin point.You seem to be having some significant spikes after some of your meals
28April lunch and dinner you are getting a 3 mmol/l jump
02 May lunch a 4.7 mmol spike
Assuming you have a food diary alongside these figures maybe take a look at what you ate and try to reduce carbs to reduce the spikes.
Also, as for low carb, most of my meals involve some carb. I guess its a constant journey of adapting/tweaking and changing as needed.
